Who is responsible?

The legal entity operating DMD EDGE is the data controller. Its registered identity, address and dedicated privacy contact must be supplied by the operator. Until then, privacy enquiries can be submitted through the contact form.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email, optional company, project message and acknowledgement of this notice. These details are sent to the operator’s configured mailbox by SMTP to respond to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, access tokens or sensitive personal information.

Technical data and abuse prevention

The application temporarily holds a client IP address and submission count in memory for rate limiting, for 15 minutes by default. Expired entries are cleared on the next contact request, or when the application restarts. A hidden field helps filter automated submissions. The application does not log message contents.

The supplied Nginx configuration disables access logs. The hosting provider, mail provider or operator may retain separate security and delivery logs under their own arrangements; the operator must document those arrangements.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to respond to enquiries and protect the form from abuse. The operator must identify the applicable legal basis for its circumstances, including any pre-contractual steps and legitimate interests. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a marketing opt-in.

Recipients, retention and transfers

Hosting and SMTP providers may process the information to run the site and deliver email. The operator must publish the actual providers, relevant international transfer safeguards and a retention period before launch. The application has no enquiry database; submitted enquiries are retained in the configured mail systems according to the operator’s policy.

Cookies and analytics

This package sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising scripts, third-party fonts or external trackers. If the operator adds these services, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated.

Your rights
